Gabriele is Danish, born in Germany, and raised in Spain. After training as a hotel manager and a successful career in the cosmetics industry, she discovered her true passion as an author and has since devoted herself exclusively to writing short stories and novels. She has been married to a German hotelier for twenty-one years, has two grown daughters and a dog, and has since called many countries home. Her home is wherever life takes her. She has lived in Hong Kong for nine years. In her novels, she processes her experiences and cultural experiences of the respective places and shares them with the reader through exciting love stories.
